As a female undertaking carpentry apprenticeship in a male dominated industry, Ashley is a pioneer and sets a positive example for females wishing to do the same.
Ashley’s willingness to ‘have a go’ at any task that may be assigned to her is truly a valuable trait to have and is infectious to those around her. ÌýWell deservingly, Ashley is a highly decorated apprentice, recognised by others for her achievements at work.
