The client brief was to totally strip out the ground floor of a rundown home and completely renovate the existing structure as well as construct a first floor addition and aboveground swimming pool and patio. The task of constructing a first floor addition on top of an existing home with unstable foundations was challenging requiring rectification of the foundations and lintels to carry out the addition.Ìý Ìý ÌýThe judges said all trade finishes throughout were finished to the highest standard.
