With a small site area, modest budget and a construction program of just 24 weeks, this project demonstrates a streamlined and efficient approach to the design and construction process.ÌýThe main challenge that arose from the curved form of the building was negotiating the circumference of a very narrow driveway, with plywood top and bottom plates employed in conjunction with tightly spaced studs.ÌýThe end result is a highly details and considered building that responded to the client’s brief, budget and climatic conditions with excellent attention to detail.
