This design & construct contract comprised three separate buildings which are part of a new 18 hole golf course designed by Greg Norman. The buildings are:
•ÌýÌý ÌýThe golf club with all club facilities including the pro shop;
•ÌýÌý ÌýAdjacent neighbour centre;
•ÌýÌý ÌýMaintenance shed for the golf course.Ìý
When these works commenced there were no services to the site. Temporary power had to be brought in from half a kilometre away.
The design and construction of these complex and well finished buildings was completed in 42 weeks.
