The Oran Park project involved the construction of a new 2 storey building with over 2500m2 of useable learning space. The core structure was concrete, steel framework & timber roof trusses. The external finishes were a combination of glazing, metal wall cladding, brickwork & metal roofing. The buildings internal fitout included operable walls, extensive joinery, pin boards plus fully equipped woodwork, food tech & visual art spaces.Ìý
A number of construction difficulties were encountered by all stakeholders. The excessive amount of client variations, extensive services upgrade& the significant rainfall proved challenging.
The collaboration of all parties working together proved to be successful as Momentum Built delivered the high quality project with quality finishes ahead of schedule.
