Nathan is an exceptional example of the youth who our industry desperately requires. 听Nathan鈥檚 passion for construction, willingness to absorb information, desire to get involved and resolve to constantly push himself to excel, while maintaining a respectful attitude, is to be applauded.听Nathan鈥檚 work ethic is exemplary, with his passion for the industry best illustrated by the fact that from age 12, Nathan volunteered on weekends and school holidays to work at Swadlings Timber Yard.听During his time at HELM, He has become an integral part of the team and is held in very high regard by the sub-contractors who work on our projects. This has resulted in Nathan being approached by several sub-contractors to work on Saturdays (when Nathan is not working with HELM) and Sundays.听听At the start of this year, Nathan took the initiative to undertake the Certificate IV in Construction at TAFE.
