The site for this multi level residence was originally a quarry, and the front boundary of the block is a vertical rock face extending down for several metres. 听The garage and carport are at street level on the front boundary of the land directly above a home theatre that is separated from the quarried rock by a void. 听The rock is used as a wall in the spa on a lower level with the mosaic wall tiling scribed in to the rock shelf.听 听听This work has revealed drainage problems which have been overcome by the Builder and he has created a well finished residence with eye catching features.
