The Pullman Hotel is a 5 star, 18 storey building with 212 hotel rooms,ÌýA two level basement car park is connected to the Novotel and Ibis hotels on the other side of Herb Elliott Avenue by a tunnel.ÌýThe structure is traditional reinforced concrete for the basement and podium levels and a combined precast façade and ultra floor for the high rise.ÌýÌýOn the ground floor there is the reception and lobby, a bar, restaurant and kitchen.ÌýÌý
The finishes are to a high standard.ÌýThe project was completed in 22 months.
