The quality of this year鈥檚 entries was fantastic which made it difficult for the judges to grade the entries. 听However, Touchstone鈥檚 entry was one that stood out in this category. 听After completing the inspection the judges decided the works on this four storey, five bedroom house were faultless and exciting. 听The works included significant excavations and structural elements, landscaping, a gym and beautifully designed architectural finishes.
