Vaughan Constructions has delivered a fabulous new national headquarters for Fujitsu Australia at Eastern Creek. The 2400sqm, two-storey office building features an attractive boomerang shape with a Japanese touch and it is linked to an 8500sqm warehouse.听听The new headquarters include a showroom, auditorium, on-site gymnasium, outdoor staff areas and a covered carpark. The facility is a 5-Star Green Star design and NABERS energy-rated building and incorporates sustainable initiatives to reduce its environmental footprint.听听This award category included a large field of worthy contenders but this project stood out for its unusual and pleasing appearance, its environmental features and for the overall excellent build quality.
